Introducing
Tirikohua Point Farm

Tirikohua Point Farm rests high on the cliffs looking over the Tasman Sea capturing the raw energy of the ocean below and the heavenly sunsets of the West Coast. The views across Muriwai Beach and as far west as the imagination can take you are exquisite, underrated, and world-class, especially with Auckland just a 40-minute car ride away.

Appointed with a beautifully restored country-style farmhouse, with sweeping lawns and meticulously kept gardens, the property is already a lifestyle dream. Building on this is the world-class wellbeing pavilion added in 2022, with luxuriously appointed accommodation for guests and the mesmerising glass 'star-gazing’ cabin.

Notwithstanding the dream already exists, the real opportunity is still to be uncovered. The energy from the land, ocean and vistas will drive a reimagination of what could be, as it has the current owner from the renowned neighbouring Parihoa Farm. With several magnificent building sites perfectly positioned to maximize the breathtaking views international award-winning architects Fearon Hay have created a version of concept plans for a sanctuary that harmonizes with the land; within a fortress-like exterior, you'll find sheltered courtyards and gardens seamlessly blending with the interior spaces, perfectly aligned with the land's development potential. The concept plans are available to extend your vision for Tirikohua Point.
